  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

✔ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days (depending on your payment method).

✔ Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.

  • Some items like hygiene products/accessories may not be eligible for return.

⚠️ Note: For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
